Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This notice explains how personal data are handled when you visit this corporate website or contact DASIO DIGITAL, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR). It covers this website and related business enquiries. Travel bookings, apps and client-operated services require their own privacy information at the point where data are collected.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is DASIO DIGITAL S.R.L., Milan, Italy. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact digital@dasio.com.

2. Data, purposes and legal bases

Providing information for an enquiry is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or provide requested services without the relevant contact and enquiry details. Please do not send sensitive personal information or travel identity documents through a general business enquiry.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website stores your privacy choice in local browser storage under the key dasio_privacy_v1 for up to six months. This necessary preference record contains your choice, the notice version and an expiry date; it is not used to track you. The page code does not include analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds. Basic server request processing may still occur as described above. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice must be updated and any legally required consent obtained before that tracking starts.

4. Who may receive data?

Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, email, IT and professional advice, where needed for the purposes described above. Providers acting as processors must handle data under appropriate contractual instructions and confidentiality safeguards. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required, or to professional advisers where necessary to protect legal rights.

5. International transfers

Where a service provider or recipient processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must comply with Chapter V GDPR, for example through an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards where needed. You may contact us to request information about relevant transfer arrangements and a copy of applicable safeguards.

6. How long are data kept?

Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer your request and manage any resulting business relationship. Retention is assessed by whether an enquiry remains active, whether records are needed for a contract, applicable statutory record-keeping periods and relevant limitation periods for legal claims. Technical logs should be kept only for the operational and security period needed to investigate faults or abuse. Data are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless continued retention is required by law or an ongoing dispute.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation, and to direct marketing at any time. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.

Send requests to digital@dasio.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are normally answered within one month; where a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that period. Requests are generally free of charge, subject to the exceptions in the GDPR.

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you habitually live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred.

8. Automated decisions and other websites

This corporate website does not carry out profiling or solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. When you follow an external link or open your email provider, that service's own privacy information applies.

9. Changes to this notice

Updates will be published here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide further information before using personal data for a new purpose.
